The first song Vanessa ever sang
was the aria “Summertime.”
Since then Vanessa’s voice has emerged as her strongest talent. Vanessa has been in over 25 shows with such theatre groups as Triboro Youth Theatre, Mansfield Music and Arts Society and has had the privilege to be cast in every show put on by Mansfield High during her four years there.
Favorite shows in which Vanessa played include Footloose (as Rusty), The Wiz (as Auntie Em) and Once on This Island (as Agwe).
Vanessa brings productive talents as well as her voice to the shows in which she performs. Frequently Vanessa is found managing such backstage tasks as microphone and light operator, ad coordination, program designing, even show T-shirt design.
Run Grammie Run is Vanessa’s screen debut and she says she is excited to be working with such a talented cast and crew.
